Positive: Location, private guarded parking, spacious room and bathroom, super comfy bed, they are pet friendly which is a deal breaker for me for I always travel with my show dogs. The staff is attentive, friendly, all the check-in information was sent in time well before my arrival. Excellent value for money. Definitely coming back. The Villa feels welcoming and it’s designed with care and taste for the guests.

Negative: The bathroom floor and sink in our room needs a little tlc, for it downplays the whole great experience of the room but it was nothing major.

Positive: Everyone was very professional and always happy to help. Cleanliness of the accommodation was a huge plus. They recently renovated the whole vila, so it's nice and traditional with modern twist.

Positive: What a beautiful place. Off season so very quiet. That suited us after a frenetic fortnight in Italy. Charming staff. They unusually had a menu for an evening meal, which we had. The food and service were perfect. Would highly recommend this villa, especially once they have a restaurant in full swing (coming soon?) as there are no eating spots which are walkable.

Positive: Quiet out of the way location. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs made at request. Room was large with a good bathroom and shower.

Negative: Location is out of the way, so finding a restaurant is difficult - we were given a list but many were in Ravenna. Note that of the few local restaurants available they can be booked out over the weekend. We were told that the hotel will be opening a restaurant 'within a month', so this may be less of an issue in the future.

Positive: Beautifully renovated rooms with lots of space. Outside gardens were really nice as we had a dog with us so easy to take the dog on big long walks around the area. Front desk reserved us a dinner table at Ravenna which was lovely.

Negative: Parking on the road is not as safe as parking on the hotel grounds.
